The Doors Official Online Store wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
